Clergy & Police Alliance
The Clergy and Police Alliance was created to help strengthen trust, communication, and cooperation between faith leaders, law enforcement, and the communities they serve. Over time, the mission grew beyond simple collaboration into a broader vision of building safe and resilient communities through strategic partnership. Today, that vision is represented through C.A.P.A.—the acronym for Clergy and Police Alliance—a platform designed to connect faith, public safety, government, and community leadership under a unified but neutral framework.
Over the years, the principles behind C.A.P.A. and the Neutral Authority model have helped influence law enforcement agencies and community partnership initiatives throughout the United States and internationally. By encouraging direct collaboration between law enforcement, faith-based organizations, government leadership, businesses, and community groups, C.A.P.A. has helped demonstrate how trust, communication, and shared responsibility can strengthen public safety while preserving the unique identity and mission of every organization involved.
